In each recent photo of Kate Middleton wearing a skirt or dress, she seems to be wearing pantyhose. Young women never wear the never again. They are average required by the Royal family?

Many things are required of British Royal ladies, saluting with a closed hand, for example and wearing sombreros that double as radar dishes, so not the Germans decided to bombard London again.
